Refund policy

Welcome to Protyze! We strive to provide the highest quality protein supplements and exceptional customer service. Please review our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Eligibility  

  • Products purchased during Sale or Promotional Offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory (order number, invoice, or receipt).
  • Additional pick-up and delivery charges will apply and will be charged as per actual courier costs for all Returns and Exchanges.

Flavor Exchange  

  • Flavor exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Additional pick-up and delivery charges will apply and will be charged as per actual courier costs.
  • Flavor exchange is not applicable if the product Jar/Pouch/sachet has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.

Refunds  

  • For approved returns, reverse pick-up and return shipping charges (as per actuals) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are not applicable for products purchased during Sale or Offer periods.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the product Jar/Pouch/sachet has been opened, used, tampered with, or is not in its original sealed condition.
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the Store Credit or original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Store Credit Option  

  • Customers may opt for Store Credit instead of a refund, equivalent to the eligible refund amount.
  • Store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • Store credit can be used on the next purchases only and is non-transferable.

Non-Returnable Items  

  • Opened or used products.
  • Partial orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

Return Process  

1. Contact Customer Support
Email us at feedback@protyze.com to initiate a return. Please share:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Product images, videos, and AWB label supporting your claim

2. Return Authorization
Our support team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a reverse pick-up.

3. Packaging
Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

4. Pick-Up
Our delivery partner will collect the product as per the scheduled pick-up.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be initiated after the product reaches our warehouse and clears the quality check.

Exchanges  

Eligibility  

  • Exchanges are permitted only for damaged or defective products received at the time of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

Damaged or Defective Products  

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at feedback@protyze.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting images or videos

Cancellations  

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped.
  • To cancel an order, contact us at feedback@protyze.com as soon as possible.

Orders that are already in transit cannot be canceled or recalled.
