The story of Protyze.

From a failed experiment in my kitchen
to reinventing how the world drinks protein.

2020

It all started with one
simple question.

Every evening looked the same.

Chocolate. Vanilla.
Chocolate. Vanilla.

I mixed protein with water because
I had to, not because I wanted to.

But the drink I genuinely
looked forward to every day?

My Strawberry Kiwi BCAA.

Refreshing. Juicy. Light.

Everything collapsed.

Why can't protein feel like juice?

The first experiment.

  1. Took my strawberry whey protein.
  2. Added lemon.
  3. A pinch of salt.
  4. Shook the bottle.

5 seconds later...

Everything collapsed.

White chunks.
Protein curdled.
Water separated.

"What just happened?"

Every night.
The same routine.

Experiment
Shake
Refrigerator
Hope

Every morning.
The same result.

Protein at the bottom.
Water on top.

Again.
And again.
And again.

Learning food science
from scratch.

I discovered the Isoelectric Point –
the tiny window where protein can
survive in an acidic drink.

But every article, every paper,
every process was about
liquid whey.

I was working with whey powder.

There was no roadmap.
No expert to guide.

Only trial. And error.

Stack of books

The Eureka moment.

One day...
Nothing separated.
I thought I won.

But the real challenge
had just begun.

Particles were floating.
Foam wouldn't disappear.
Texture wasn't right.
It wasn't juicy.
Creating clear protein
was just the beginning.

Two years later...

  • Particle size
  • Moisture
  • Binding
  • Agglomeration
  • Drying temperature
  • Taste
  • Texture
  • Stability
Hundreds of variables.
Thousands of experiments.

Finally,
it happened.

Clear.
Refreshing.
Juicy.

Exactly how I imagined
it two years earlier.

THIS IS PROTYZE.

Not just another protein.
A completely different way to
experience protein.

  • Refreshing
  • Juicy
  • Light
  • Clean

Every bottle of Protyze carries
two years of failed experiments
that no one will ever see—
but everyone will taste.
